This custom hydraulic manifold was developed for one of our 1,600-ton hydraulic presses through close collaboration between our Engineering Department, Bosch Rexroth, and CPM Manifold.
Our engineering team defined the hydraulic requirements, machine integration needs, and installation constraints. Working from these specifications, the Bosch Rexroth team developed the hydraulic solution, while CPM Manifold manufactured the custom manifold specifically designed for our application.
The result is a more efficient hydraulic layout, reduced piping complexity, improved reliability, easier maintenance, and a system optimized around the machine’s actual requirements.
This project is a great example of how collaboration between OEM expertise and specialized technology partners can create solutions that go beyond standard components.
